Can I change the delivery address once I have placed the order?
If for some reason you need to change a delivery address please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will let you know if we can make the change.
Can I customise or switch out a product in the gift box?
No, unfortunately you cannot customise the gift boxes or switch out a product. However, we are working on customisable gift boxes for the future.
Can I add a note to the gift box?
Sure! Once a gift box is 'added to the cart', please feel free to write your message in the field provided. Our team will hand write your message on a message card and include it in the gift box.
I'd love to collaborate with Gift Organic, how can I do that?
We love to collaborate with like-minded businesses and influencers based in Australia! Contact us using the collaboration contact form on our website or send us an email to email@example.com with your ideas, and we'll be in touch.
Shipping & Handling
How much is shipping?
There are two shipping options available:
Standard shipping: $11
Express shipping: $15
Where do you ship from?
Gift boxes are packed and shipped from our studio in Adelaide.
When will I receive my gift box?
All gift box orders placed before 12pm will be sent out on the same business day. If your order is placed after 12pm, your parcel will be dispatched on the next business day.
Orders take 2-6 business days to arrive within metro areas and remote areas will take longer with parcel post service. Orders to Adelaide metro will take up to 2 business days, whilst orders within metro areas in all other states will take up to 3-6 business days to arrive.
Orders will take up to 1-2 business days to arrive within metro areas.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver in Australia only, nationwide.
What if I want multiple boxes delivered to the same address?
Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will organise the best shipping rate for you.
Can I track my delivery?
Yes. You will have received a confirmation email from us advising you that your order is on its way, with your tracking details. You can click on the tracking link in the email to track your order to delivery.
Do you deliver to PO Boxes?
No, unfortunately we do not deliver to PO boxes.
What if my gift box has not been delivered?
If your gift box is taking unusually long to be delivered, email us at email@example.com and we will follow it up for you.
Please note that on ordering any of our gift boxes you are agreeing to authority to leave. This means all parcels will be left at the front door or in a place the courier deems safe.
Once items are in the couriers hands, we cannot take any responsibility for parcels that go missing. It is also your responsibility to input the correct address and recipient, we cannot take any responsibility for incomplete addresses or incorrect addresses. We do not offer refunds or replacements for parcels that go missing.
What if my gift box has been marked as delivered by the recipient hasn't received it?
All of our gift boxes have authority to leave, this means that if the courier deems an area safe, he/she will leave it without signature. Have the recipient have a good look around the front yard to make sure the courier hasn't left it hidden. If in doubt, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will look into it for you.
Please note that in the unlikely event that your gift box cannot be located, Gift Organic cannot take any responsibility for lost or stolen packages.
What is your return policy?
We don't accept any refunds or returns, all our sales are final.
What if an item in the gift box has been damaged during delivery?
If an item is damaged, please email us at email@example.com within 48 hours of receiving your gift box and please include photos of the damaged goods.
Can I cancel my order?
No, unfortunately once an order has been placed, it is final. No refunds will be issued.
